What ever NATO is embarked upon anytime, anywhere, there has to be a single vision and common sense of mission and the abilty to re-adapt the mission profile to meet any given situation and changes thereof.

Besides personal, human instructions you should also focus on long-distance-training by satellite communication voice, data and video using a system of interoperability between all sides. This system could als help to verify critical sistuations.
