No, and also no. There is no communication between the server and the user when they take a screenshot, hence there is no way for the server to know that such an event occurred, and thus no way for the server to notify you.
There are two methods to safeguard your work… well, really three.
1. Watermark it in the most blatant and obnoxious way possible. This will, of course, make your work appear bad, but it will keep the majority of people from attempting to utilize it.
2. Place a blank layer over your picture using javascript so that if a screen capture is attempted, all the viewer sees is a blank screen. This has been seen on sports team sites and the like to discourage parents from just taking a screen shot instead of paying for the picture.
3. The only guaranteed and fail-safe method is to not post your work. It takes some of the joy out of it, but it’s true.
